This project will be offering future occupants approximately 9,000 sq m of office and commercial space. Architekti Headhand has been commissioned to design the project.
Location description
The BLOCK Karlín building is located on a plot bounded by Rohanské nábřeží, Sokolovská, Urxova and Kaizlovy sady streets. The Urxova tram stop is in close proximity. The location is also easily accessible by metro B from Křižíkova station.
