Building description
DOCK will offer a total of 120 000 sq.m of thoughtfully designed office and residential premises. Total area of its commercial part will amount to approx. 80 000 sq.m. The largest part will be dedicated to offices, and the office park will also include shops, services, restaurants and cafés – partly situated on the river bank.
Location description
The site of the newly emerging office building is unique in terms of its location and atmosphere.
